SEN-PLAYER, lecteur de musique puissant avec les fonctionnalités requises
Privacy Policy – SEN-PLAYER
**Effective date: October 5, 2026**
This Privacy Policy explains how SEN-PLAYER (the "App"), published by Babacar Diouf ("we"), handles information. SEN-PLAYER is a music and video player for files stored on your device.
1. Summary
- No account is required, and we do not run our own servers.
- Your music and video files stay on your device. We never upload or share them.
- The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners Unity Ads and ironSource (Unity LevelPlay). These partners may collect device data as described in section 4.
- When the App crashes, a technical report is sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix the problem (section 5).- To find lyrics, the App may send a song's title, artist, album and length to online lyrics services (section 6).
2. Information processed on your device only
- **Audio and video files.** The App reads your media files and their tags (title, artist, album, cover, lyrics, ReplayGain) to build your library and play it. Renaming and deleting files happen only when you ask for it.- **Lyrics files.** The App reads lyrics files (.lrc) placed next to your songs. Lyrics downloaded from the internet are saved on your device so they remain available offline.- **Your settings and content.** Playlists, favorites, playback position, equalizer and other preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us and are excluded from cloud backups.- **Home screen widget.** The widget shows the current song and its cover on your home screen. This information does not leave your device.
3. Permissions- **Music, audio and video (storage on older Android versions):** to find and play your media files.- **Microphone (record audio):** required by Android only for the audio visualizer and the animated lyrics background, which read the sound being played to animate the display. The App does not record, store or transmit any audio. This permission is optional: without it, the App works normally with a calmer animation.- **Notifications:** to show playback controls.- **Internet and network state:** to load ads, look up lyrics online, download fonts, and send crash reports.- **Audio settings, foreground service, wake lock, vibration:** for the equalizer and effects, uninterrupted playback, and haptic feedback.
4. Advertising
The App uses **Google AdMob** with the mediation partners **Unity Ads** and **ironSource (Unity LevelPlay)**. To show ads, measure them and limit fraud, these providers may automatically collect:- the device advertising ID;- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;- device and app information (model, operating system, language);- ad interactions (views and clicks).
**Consent.** In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) asks for your choice before ads are personalized. You can change this choice at any time in **Settings → Ad privacy**.
**Your controls.** You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device).
The App limits ads to general-audience and teen-appropriate content (maximum content rating T).

5. Crash reports
The App uses **Firebase Crashlytics**, a Google service, to learn about crashes and errors and fix them. When the App crashes or meets a serious error, a report is sent automatically. It contains:- the technical trace of the error (where it happened in the App's code);- the device model, Android version, language, screen orientation, and free memory and storage at the time of the crash;- the App's version;- a random installation identifier created by Firebase, which does not reveal your identity;- the date and time of the crash.
Crash reports do not contain your files or your playlists. In rare cases, the error message may include the name or location of the file the App was handling when the error happened. We use them only to diagnose and fix problems, never for advertising. Google keeps crash reports for 90 days.

6. Other third-party services
- **Online lyrics.** When a song has no lyrics in its file and no lyrics file next to it, the App looks for them online. It sends the song's title, artist name, album name and length to **LRCLIB** (lrclib.net), a free and open lyrics database, and, if nothing is found there, the artist name and title to **lyrics.ovh**. When a file has no artist tag, the artist is guessed from the file name. No other information is sent. Like any internet request, these requests include your IP address.- **Google Fonts.** The App may download fonts from Google servers. These requests include your IP address, as any internet request does.- **Google Play.** In-app rating and update prompts are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.- **Android Auto.** When your phone is connected to a car, song information and covers are displayed through Android Auto, a Google service. The App does not send this information anywhere else.
